This model is designed to fit cameras with built-in microphones protruding past the lens, including but not limited to: Panasonic HVX-200, Panasonic DVX100/A/B, Sony EX1, Sony Z1U, etc. as well as lenses larger than 85mm, such as wide-angle, high-definition, and film lenses. The system comes with (1) back plate (usually 85mm, unless otherwise requested) that will allow this unit to work with lenses that are 85mm, however, by using optional adapters, it will work on cameras with smaller lens sizes.
Additionally, the following back plate sizes are available: 80mm, 85mm, 95mm, 98mm, 100mm, 110mm, and 136mm. By using additional or multiple adaptors this model may be made to work with the following lenses as well: 37mm, 52mm, 58mm, 62mm, 72mm, 77mm, 82mm.
